Bosch Maxx 1000 front loader starts but stops mid-cycle. End light flashes. Can't get any response from the machine until power is removed either through 'off' on rotary dial or the power outlet. I have cleaned the pump area (through the drain access). the machine is less than 5 years old. Help!

Have one of these machines and when on the drying cycle the drum started pushing the machine around the kitchen and making a very bad sound so we stopped it before it blew up. On looking at the internal workings we can see a screw and part of the plastic housing that held it in place fell to the floor. It appears to be part of a frame that holds a metal brace in place that holds the drum in place and ensure that it joins the door to the machine. To me it looks as thought the machie is capable of washing but if we use it to dry it will damage itself and breakdown. Anyone else had this problem and any solutions.
