I havn't spilt anything on my samsung tocco lite and the touch screen has just stopped working, the buttons at the bottom and the camera work but the touch screen is just not responding at all, i have also tried connecting it to my computer and that is also not working :( can someone help?
Mines is the same and i can still anwser to any number and only make calls to the last person i spoke to and also i can take pictures all the buttons work and its fine apart from the screen also my reseption is really bad on this fone iam trying to sell mine for spares and repairs and iam thinking about buying onw without the touch screen next time its rediculas
It needs an update, mines done same thing! you gotta find an upgrade online or take 2 shop and they send it off for you, its annoying i know. x
I was trying to calbrate mine and then i thought if i switch it off and turn it on it would help but it got worse, it completely stopped working. help if you can !

Yes, although you haven't spilt anything on it, there may still be moisture inside. Try burying it in the middle of a bowl/container of dry rice for 1 day then test it to see if it helps. I hope it does, it did for me. Good luck.
I left my phone in my car for 24 hours, and now mine has exactly the same problem. i think it has something to do with moisture or the cold. any reason for this happening?

Leave it out to dry maybe the water has damaged it ? if still brocken then i would take it 2 the place u bought it from and ask for a refund or recommended advive . hope you take my advice .
