Why is hot dispensing cold water - Hamilton Beach Water Cooler with Storage Cabinet

Is it both hot and cold with the leak? These are replaceable!

It could be a build up of minerals from the water holding them both open. You will need to gain access to the water valves to clean their surfaces.

I ve glacier bay hot/ cold water dispenser - new product. Cold water is coming but no hot water. Water is not coming. What have I to do it is a week old machine.

Broken solder connection.
Continual expansion and contraction of metal due to hot and cold extremes will cause metal fatigue. The most vulnerable place is at the join. Other places can fail, but usually the solder join will fail first.
Buy another one and support economy.
Make sure next unit is connected to cold water line, and not hot water line. If hot water dispenser is connected to Hot line, then it will cause water heater to run each time water is drawn through dispenser because cold water immediately enters tank.

You might also consider installing small tank under counter. Tanks are less glamorous than hot water dispensers but tanks are more reliable long term than instantaneous water heaters.

I too am having just room tempature water coming out of the cold
dispenser and I have had mine for 1 month.........

Sounds like the water supply is on a hot line instead of a cold one.

The water selector valve is fautly and needs to either be stripped and cleaned or replaced.

I have the same problem as both stated earlier. The cold water is not working and the night light does not work.

HOW CAN I REPLACE THE PART MINE IS DRIPPING WATER CONSTANTLY.
