This problem is basically because of faulty heat sink.However it depend when the sys. restarts. weather it goes to windows and then restart or it restarts before windows logo if it restarts after windows boot procees you can try to reinstall the OS. or else you might have to replace the heat sink.

Do you have any more particulars? Can you get into the system BIOS? Can you get in to the Startup Order setup, like Hard Drive, or DVD, because if you can boot from DVD then do it and see if the computer behaves normally. The "critical error" might go away if booting from DVD too.
need more info. When did this start, did you down load a file from an unknown sorce. Can you boot into bios with out crash? ETC.
