The lint is from some other garment in the same wash.
Do the white spots wipe off or are they "bleach stains"?
Assuming they wipe off, then your detergent is not dissolving all the way. Make sure the water is hot enough. Even cold water needs to be a minimum temperature and during the cold months the water can get too cold. Try warm or mix hot and cold by changing back-and-forth on the control for the wash temperature. Also, try putting the detergent in first or buying a higher grade of detergent (i.e. Tide). There may be some pieces of mat stuck between the inner and outer drums. The quickest way to remove this is to remove the drain hose that leads from the drum to the pump and feel around the bottom of the outer drum and remove any foreign objects that may be stuck in there.

sorry there right ..your not using he or low suddsing detergent ,or your using to much..as the water pumps out of unit the sudds stick to side of tub than when rinse water comes in it washes back on your clothes...i can only give you tips and something to look for...look for water not drainning fast enough ,,cut down on detergent,,wash your dark clothes first..give your unit a bleach clean about a pint of bleach..keep me posted onthejob
