First, did you pay the bill? Unplug the IPS modem, remove battery, if applicable, unplug TP Link, shut down computer. Ckeck ALL cables reseat, Replace battery, plug in ISP modem, allow it to selftest, plug in TP Link, allow it to selftest, Reboot computer.
