Not sure. Сause these problems can be:
- bad BIOS (or "not original")
- bad (or problem with) CPU / RAM

You can flash BIOS on another mobo

Hi,
If do not hear any beep then it means that the mother board is dead you can try clear the BIOS by removing the battery of the mother board for 5 mins or by shorting the jumper for clearing the BIOS if that didn't help then you have to repair the board or replace it.

BIOS won't detect keyboard

intel has always been buggy with their mobo's.
if its a usb keyboard enable the upnp usb feature in the bios. then it should load noramlly.
what i usually do is this. switch bios Upnp to auto detect, load windozs. same problem, swap keyboards. same problem, replace mobo for waranty.

P5NT won't boot

Have you tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery with PSU off and then shorting the 'reset cmos" (or similar) pins on mobo?

Also found this on the ASUS web site under the specs for the P5NT WS board...

01.gif ASUS CrashFree BIOS 2
The CrashFree BIOS2 feature now includes the BIOS auto-recovery function in a support DVD. Users can reboot their system through the support DVD when a bootable disk is not available, and go through the simple BIOS auto-recovery process. ASUS motherboards now enable users to enjoy this protection feature without the need to pay for an optional ROM.

Have you tried this?

Harddrive

ON the mobo, there is a slot there for the IDE cable usually its yellow, and its the only slot where the IDE cable can fit, the other slot there is for FDD(floppy). After you connect the cacble the the IDE HDD, go to your bios and check if you can detect it.

BIOS UPLOAD

Ah, that is a nasty problem. Sounds like the BIOS got corrupted. You have several options:
1. Get another bios chip from the mobo manufacturer.
2. Get another motherboard and use it to program your bad chip. See here how
3. Dump the old mobo and buy a new one.

I would go with option 3. The other options are just a big headache.
