We've had the same problem for 9 months. We've gone through Comcast and through Olevia and nobody seems to offer any help. Olevia gives us codes to try that don't ever work and they just seem frustrated to even deal

I had the same problem. Olevia does not care to help, and you are just wasting your time with them. I suggest you do as I did. Sell your Olevia and buy something else. I bought a LG and customer support is EXCELLENT with them. I will never buy another olevia product again.

I just got FIOS and had an Olevia 237 TV. Tried the LG, Phillips, RCA and Yamaha codes, no luck so I tried this:
- press and hold TV key - still holding TV key, press the OK key and release both, device keys blink - press 922 - point remote at TV and press play button - press next button (two arrows pointing to right) about 325 times until the TV goes off.

I have an Olevia 342-811. Have spent 6 months trying to find remote control codes. Everyone seems to be an idiot.
Is anyone out their intrerested in partnering on a Class Action Suite? Olevia is "0" help and I have Comcast Cable and they cannot help either.
