Your drain line is too low or there is a air gap blockage.
Remove the drain line from the drain and hold it up high while filling with water and see if it fills and stops.
If so, correct the drain line problem.The drain hose should be 36 inches from the floor.
Check your drain hose an make sure it is not touching water. If it is hard to tell fill it and put it in spin. Then pull the hose out until you hear the water.Then zip tied the hose so it will not move.
If it is same as in photo (Frigidaire built) your drain pump is probably blocked/jammed. You have small children?? Kids socks seem to find their way to the pump often.....
