This refrigerator has a thermoelectric cooler, no compressor. Anything that goes wrong is probably electronic. A circuit diagram would really be helpful.
I have successfully had mine fixed. I don't know if it will last but we'll see. The capacitor was blown(you can tell this because the top is buldged out) and a part(not sure what it was called) that has an aluminum heatsink attached to it in the middle of the board. I had someone solder the new parts on and away it went. I customized the cover on the back with a bigger fan to keep it cooler. The original design was pretty insufficient. It sounds like a bad fan. That would make the compressor click on and off which would make the light flicker. If your condensor fan isnt running try replacing it.
