F11 Code The F11 code keeps appearing when my washer is going through it's cycle. Most of the time it happens near the end. Just wondering what to do it's driving me crazy!!

Model number usually helps but I don’t see anything under F11 error codes

try to unplug it end then check the control timer if it is broken !!!!

or open it if you know and fix it may be the spring that pull back the pause botton
might be broken go check it?

My f11 code is repaired! I got a clamp from Home Depot put it on the ccu unit on the right side tightened it shut and haven't got the stinking f11 code ever since. No more banging it again! I can finally do my wash without the horror beeping sound going off every time.

F11 is a serial communication error. Communication between the main board and the motor control board is not being sent correctly. This could be a bad main board, motor control board or motor itself. The testing can get pretty involved. Try putting the machine in a self test mode and see if the error clears. Press Cancel, then by pressing the drain spin button once on the left side then move to the spin speed button the the right. Press this button until no-spin lights. Press the prewash button 4 times. C00 should appear in the display. Let it run it's tests, there will be 8 of them and end up on C08. If this doesn't work, it's best you wait for the service tech.

The F11 error code indicates a serial communication failure. This happens when the 2 main control boards are unable to communicate with each other. This is either caused by a loose wiring harness connection or one of the control boards is defective. Good luck and please rate FixYa!

you have bad communication ,,between the control board and themotor control board..,,check for a lose harness at booth ends
