How to creat new folder on desktop using keyboard winthout any supporting software installed in widows xp

In that case it affects the file system of your hard drive that's why it fails the windows vista installation. In order to fix it you need to delete the partition of your hard drive and create a new one using a partition manager software.
If you can connect your hard drive into another computer you can perform a disk partition using the Disk Management (In Windows XP: Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management)

There may be a compatibility issue between the printer and the new pc. Check the xp/vista compatibiliy list to see if your printer is on it. If not you may need to add a patch to make it compatible.
