I have had this account for a number of years and somehow or someone without my knowledge changed my password, verification question, basically blocked so i cant enter my account. The alternate email i gave when registering was a couple years ago and do not recall. I know what my password should be or was, my account is [email protected]. Please help me access my email.

I can not get in to my email account. I have not used it for several month and have forgotten my sign in and password. I tried yesterday and it set it would wait 24 hours and to try to answer my secuerity question. It was the street I grew up on when I was 8, I answer it correctly but it would not open. Please help me get in.

The first thing you need to do is enable checking email from an external account in your yahoo mail settings. Instructions are here:

Then, you can setup PoP3 access in inbox.com so that it will check your Yahoo mail account. Instructions are here:

this could be resolved by contacting "yahoo-help desk", either send e-mail to customer support asking them to refresh your account or fill the feedback form and get contacted by yahoo helpdesk.
