General Slicing MM7 Bowl Needed--please read

I have the MM7 model and am desperately looking for a bowl. The mixer belonged to my dad who was a baker and when he passed away---I got the General Slicing mixer he loved. My daughter and I moved and several boxes were stoled--including the one with bowl for this mixer. Would anyone want to sell their bowl? I have called every website on the internet and NO ONE has a replacement!

Mine is older and works fine once I realized bowl has to be snapped into place before the cover and then the cover has to be locked in. This activates a small button at the base of the bowl that activates a safety switch.

I was able to locate a bowl for the 106622F processor on E -Bay. You may be able to find a blade on E-Bay. From what I gather, there is no source for replacement parts, other than used parts. I hope this helps ! Good Luck....

If the blade is actually fused, I would seek professional help to avoid slicing your fingers off. You can test to see if it is fused by removing the lid of work bowl, twisitng work bowl to the left, and removing the work bowl - if work bowl will not come off (difficult even under normal circumstances), then find out from Cuisinart if you are still under warranty.
