Question about Bunn 10 Cup Home Coffee Brewer
Every time I make a pot of coffee it leaks water all over the counter. It worked great four years before it started leaking.
I have the same problem and I took the coffee maker apart to find out why. The fitting for the hold in the black pastic that the water flows through to get into the stainless steel tank may not have a tight fitting with the plastic and that's where I had water leakage. I used some silicone sealant to fix the leak and the water stopped leaking!

I have an 8 year old and a 9 year old unit. I phoned the Bunn supplier in Canada at 1-800-263-2256 or 1-800-352-2866 in the US.
As it turns out both of these units were on recall.
Be sure to have the "Date Code" (on the bottom of the machine) and the Model number handy when you call.
They replaced the older one and are sending parts for the newer one at no charge. Shipping and handling no charge.
