THE FLASHING LIGHT TELLS YOU IT IS SENDING A SIGNAL THAT IS BEING RECIEVED IT IS JUST NOT THE CORRECT CODE TO OPEN THE DOOR.

OWNERS MANUAL FOR ALL CHAMBERLAIN MODELS ARE AVAILABLE (FREE PDF) AT CHAMERLAIN.COM
CHECK TO SEE IF THE LED IN THE WALL BUTTON IS BLINKING - IF IT IS PRESS THE LOCK BUTTON AND IT WILL STOP THEN TRY TO PROGRAM YOUR REMOTES.
IF IT IS NOT BLINKING TRY UNPLUGGING THE UNIT FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES - PLUG IT BACK IN AND TRY TO PROGRAM THE REMOTES
There is nothing to do beyond what you have done. You need to get a new keypad. Make sure you get the same model as there are some out there that will not work with your opener.
One of the buttons on your wall control has an icon of a lock. Press and hold this for 3 seconds and release. The blinking should stop and your remote should work.

This web address came from the Chamberlain site. I also needed to relearn my remotes due to a newer car that has a built in garage door opener that needed to be set. I also needed to reset my keypad remote, those instructions I was able to get from the same site. Good Luck
