Baby monitor is not working

I got a baby monitor as a shower gift and now that my son is to the point he is in his crib. i went to plug the baby monitor in and there is no power for the one in his room. i need it to be replaced or refunded please

Hello, I was wondering if you could please help me. My baby monitor is working find, but ater about 5 minuter, the screen goes black although I could still hear the sound.

    This is because you have an option in the menu for time out. IT is either 25 seconds, 10, or 5. You need to turn it to off to see the screen full time.

Make sure that your crib has a hard flat surface otherwise this could affect the sensor.

I agree that the Bebe Sounds Angelcare is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth it.
