This problem occurs when you buy the wrong image unit.
The contact chip that is located at the bottom of the orange plastic is not for the machine. Replace it with 7750 image unit and that should fix your problem. Black is fault 9-910 cyan fault : 9-911 magenta fault: 9-912 yellor 9-913.

SOURCE: I keep getting Error code

That is the fuser fan. It is either running slow or stalled.
You have to remove the rear and top cover to access it. It is located on the upper right back side of the machine looking from the rear.
You can remove the fan, peel off the silver label then remove the small rubber cap in the middle. Behind that rubber cap is the fan bearing, It is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
You can flush it with alcohol then add a highly refined oil to that bearing, Replace the rubber cap and then clean the outside with alcohol, then put a small piece of tape over the rubber cap to keep it in place. Most of the time. I would say 75 % of the time that will fix the problem. If it doesn't fix it in the long term you wol have to replace the fan. Don't call Xerox directly, Go onto google and look up a business called " the parts drop". Call them and ask for Britt or Joe> I dont work for them, but have purchased parts from them for years. They are reliable, fairly priced and honest. Great people to do business with.

SOURCE: hi i got xerox phaser 7750 and i have error code

Cheap fix : reset the Developer Life Count in the Service
Tools menu. Hold down the back ARROW key with the "i" them with your other hand turn on the machine.

Expensive fix : What has happen is that the developers have come to the end of the life and once it gets to a certain page count it will print out no more until you have replace the developers. One thing xerox forgot to do is reset the engine control board too for this machine. So you might need a new engine cotrol board too.
Procedure

1. Replace the Developer
2. After the Developer has been replaced, reset the Developer Life Count in the Service
Tools menu.
NOTE: It is recommended that all the Developers and Beads be replaced at one time rather
than on sccessive visits.

Good luck.

Xerox 7435 error 041-340 how to solve error

Xerox 7435 error code 041-340 indicates a problem with the yellow imaging unit. Here are some steps to solve the error:
  1. Power off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Remove the yellow imaging unit and check for any damage or leaks.
  3. If the imaging unit appears to be in good condition, reinsert it firmly and make sure it is properly seated.
  4. Turn the printer back on and check if the error message has disappeared.
  5. If the error persists, try replacing the yellow imaging unit with a new one.
  6. If replacing the imaging unit doesn't solve the problem, you may need to call a technician to troubleshoot the issue further.
It's worth noting that error code 041-340 can also be caused by issues with the developer housing, toner cartridge, or other components. If none of the above steps work, it's best to contact Xerox support for assistance.

Grainy image quality on my Phaser 7750

Try something, Send a job with 5 pages to it.
Shut the machine off as a page it halfway out of the exit area.. Open the machine and look at the jammed copies. Are they clear in the imaging unit areas but not upon exiting the machine?
If the image is clear around the drums and imaging unit, then the problem would be in the fuser. If the image is grainy and fuzzy in the image area, You could have a bad second BTR roller, the soft black roller on the left side door. One of the developer housings could be bad. You have to remove the imaging units and look in the opening with a flashlight to see if the developer housing brush is thick on the developer roll.
Could have a bad transfer belt or one of the color housings could be bad.
Less likely is a bad laser. But have you taken the wand that is on the front cover and cleaned the laser exposure slots?

Technical Black Imaging Unit Replaced,Error message still shows

These units are automatically reset with a fuse. When you put the imaging unit in it will completes a connection which resets the count then simultaniously blows the fuse. Sometimes the fuse blows before the reset, which is what it sounds like happened here. The machine should print normally but the error will persist until the unit is replaced with a new one. Is the the imaging unit an OEM unit or remanufactured? Whoever you got the unit from should replace it as defective free of charge. If it is OEM you might have to go through Xerox to get it replaced. I don't know if the Big Box stores will.
