No way to do that other than to unplug refrigerator for at least ten minutes and then plug back in. Don't use surge protector, power strip, or extension cord.

I shut down the fridge. Not getting any power to it now. I have checked breakers and fuses. There is power to 110 outlet where it plugs in. No power to gas valve. What do you think the problem is?

Your Norcold refrigerator is powered by 12V DC, not 110V AC. You need to check input power at the power board. If the fuses are good and you have good 12V to the refrigerator, check to see if you are getting 12V past the 5amp fuse on the board. If not, you may have a bad board. We have a Norcold model N811FLT, it is connected to power, but is continuously running on gas. We've tried resetting it with no change. Could it be the power board or the control board?

you can reset the control board . to do this you must ground the # 15 terminal with a jumper wire to ground. this is usually the terminal next to the white & violet wire. check diagram.

Make sure the thermister is attached firmly to the fins in the back. The boards on a Norcold can be reset a service center familiar with this process is your best bet. It takes disconecting the board and then shorting it out best to leave it to some one who is familiar.

It sounds like the relay could be stuck closed on the electric side of the board. This would not allow the element to stop working. Sometimes resetting the board will fix this problem if it is still under warranty they will cover both the board or the resetting.
