How do you reset circuit board on norcold refrigerator

Your Norcold refrigerator is powered by 12V DC, not 110V AC. You need to check input power at the power board. If the fuses are good and you have good 12V to the refrigerator, check to see if you are getting 12V past the 5amp fuse on the board. If not, you may have a bad board. you can reset the control board . to do this you must ground the # 15 terminal with a jumper wire to ground. this is usually the terminal next to the white & violet wire. check diagram.

u need to replace the thermocuple or be sure its near the pilot also be sure to blow out any and all dust in that area

Make sure the thermister is attached firmly to the fins in the back. The boards on a Norcold can be reset a service center familiar with this process is your best bet. It takes disconecting the board and then shorting it out best to leave it to some one who is familiar.

It sounds like the relay could be stuck closed on the electric side of the board. This would not allow the element to stop working. Sometimes resetting the board will fix this problem if it is still under warranty they will cover both the board or the resetting.
