4 flashes means the limit switch is open and/or the flame rollout switch is open. One of these needs to be replaced.

SOURCE: mr heater 45000btu is flashing system lockout

check flame sencor is clean and connections are tight clean ignitor , seeif thie helps or jump out pressure switch see if it lights
