The Pelouze K-5 is a discontinued item. The slim chance of getting an updated replacement dial would be if you found such available for a similar item and tapped that items replacement dial. As the original dial was replaceable, its manual should offer instructions on how to manually change it. Office Supply might have a similar dial but as the scale is discontinued, your chances of finding a Pelouze part with updated postal rates probably are less than zero. I don't think querying the company will help in this instance unless you just want to buy another model of postal scale.

The answer to your question is, Yes. Click on this http://www.partselect.com/MultiModels.aspx?ModelNum=mmv5000&SearchTerm=fuse&RefineSearch=0 and the part you see labled as #5 is the fuse you will need to replace. Take all the screws out around the back that are holding the outter case on. Once you have the case off, look back behind the touch panel. There you will find the fuse, mag tube and a lot of other parts. You can use a meter to check the fuse before you replace it and if it's good your mag tube will most likely be the problem. Good luck
HI. this Timer mechanism will need ot be replaced soon. the timer motor is defective. this will continue to affect the performance of this unit. replace asap.
Your phone is broken, the only solution is to replace it. Call Uniden Customer Service and they should be able to help you. 1-800-297-1023. ( I'm serious, there is no way you can fix this problem with out opening the base unit up and replacing a bad transistor)
