In many cases closing Outlook and restarting (cold booting) your computer will do the trick. If not, run a quick repair of Microsoft Office, click Start, Settings, Apps & features, Microsoft 365 (or similar), Modify, Quick Repair. If that does not work, do the same but select Online Repair. If that does not work, close Outlook and run SCANPST.EXE (found on your computer in C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16 or a similar location). After attempting any repair, always restart your operating system. If none of this works, you will need to set up a new user profile in Outlook.
