Click on the "System" button and then click on the "Automatic Updates" tab if you are running the classic view. If you are running the standard view, click on the "Performance and Maintenance" button and then click on the "System" tab.
Best solution update your MP3 Rocket program to a newer version. The installation for the latest version of MP3 Rocket will remove any previous versions of the program installed on your computer. You do not need to uninstall the program prior to updating.... Do not click on "Continue" on the MP3 Rocket home page if you want the free version of the software. If it doesn't show up in my computer but does show up in the device manager Right-click
on My Computer. Select Manage in the pop-up menu. In the Computer
Management window, select Storage, then select Disk Management. In the
Disk Management window, you should see a list of available storage
devices. Look for the Disk that has a capacity closest to your Drive.
Right-click on the right-hand box; in the pop-up menu select Delete
Partition. Once you do this, it will say "Online" & "Unallocated".
Right-click on the box and select Create New Partition in the pop-up
menu. When the Partition Wizard appears, select Primary Partition and
click on Next. You will see a default value for the Drive; click
Next. You will then see a drive letter (you can change this drive letter
if you wish); click Next. You will then be asked to format the
Drive.
The blinking is indicative of a failure within the pod itself. Take the pod to your local PC shop and have the techs there transfer the drive into a new enclosure, if it works there you're in luck, buy the new enclosure and you're up and running again.
