After I press "turn on" button heat light just flashes for a second then pump starts. Without any delay immediately after pump starts I can see all water running through 3-way solenoid valve to the drip-tray. It runs without interruption approximately 90 seconds until safety timer turns the pump off and "empty tank" light is turning on. Shut it down, turn it on and everything happens again.

check the level probe on side of boiler may not be facing down as it should or need to be replaced.

Hello. We had the same problem, after about 20 cups, the hot water would not stop running out the steam nozzle. The problem is either a faulty Solenoid or a blockage stopping the solenoid from closing. We ran the steam for 5 seconds, then stopped, then steam, then stopped, then water, then stop, and it seemed to clear the blockage. Alternatively, you may need to get the solenoid replaced.

Your level probe is on the right hand side plate of the boiler, normally with a red wire leading to it.
I would take the probe out (spanner reqd, obv. with no pressure in the boiler) and clean it with wire wool.Scale often causes the probes to malfunction.
Then make sure when you refit the probe, the part of the probe in the boiler faces down.

Make sure there is water in the boiler, unlug machine remove the top panel and on the side of the boiler is a reset thermostat.

I have the same machine. I just went on the coffee geeks website and it is easily solved. Just add a few grains of salt to the reservoir - the sensor cant detect water that is purified - strange but true as four grains and it fired up just like that.
