Have you connect/pair your laptop with hotspot/access point ?

Before going into internet explorer, you should connect to the access point first.

You may have to go to your wireless connection properties then check to see if your laptop is set up to connect to any avaible network.

You cannot setup your laptop as a WiFi hotspot, but if you have a wireless router and it is connected to a DSL or cable modem you can allow all your wireless connected devices to connect to the wireless router so they can communicate between each other and connect to the Internet.

Further along with this issue: When I enter the account activation code from my LG in the box that asks for it. I get a screen that says among other things:

"YouTube TV is requesting permission to:
View your Google Wallet and make purchases on your behalf
Make purchases using your Google Wallet
Perform these operations when I'm not using the application"

Am I understanding correctly that YouTube wants to be able to use my credit cards on file with Google Wallet and buy things "on my behalf" and do so when I'm not using the application? What sort of things does YouTube want to buy for me without my knowledge? Can someone please help clarify this statement in the activation window. The way it is written now, I cannot and will not allow access to YouTube TV.
