I can't get in my onn.surf tablet I forgot my pin number and now I can get in to my screen and there no way to get in without the pin number. What can I do I try everything and I did the power button for 4 to 5 seconds and nothing I try everything
Depends if it is an apple or android tablet, and if it has a removable memory.
if it is a Samsung, remove the memory card, then factory reset the device. Yes you will lose some of your data but you will be able to access what us on the memory card.

If you have an android table, the only chance you have is to enter your Gmail account credentials to unlock it. Otherwise you have to do an "hard reset" as explained in this page: How unlock my tablet when its lock with pin code
But be careful because you'll loose all your data !

If it is ok for you to format it, hold volume up while powering on
Choose Recovery mode -> Reset phone/format phone.
Don't worry, it won't format your SD card, just the internal.
