Dish no longer supports these monitors but you can contact Prima World Wide (PWW) between the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm EST at their toll free number 1-888-267-5004 for warranty or out of warranty service and they may be able to assist you in acquiring the external power supply needed.I wish I could be of more help but want to thank you for using Fix Ya.If I can assist you in anyway please let me know.
