I don't know your technical ability, but there is a fuse located next to the control board inside the console, this is a good place to start. Kitchen Aid is good about putting tech sheets on the back of the kickplate and it should have wiring and diagnostic info there. Just be sure to put the sheets back so the next service tech to work on it will have them :)

problems exist in its electronic control panel that is damaged, this problem should be solved by replacing one block electronic circuit in the control panel. damage is usually caused by a memory of the troubled program. actually if you know you can fix the electronic control panel of the electronic circuit itself, simply replace the IC EEPROM or memory alone. follows with Cristal oscilator usually must be replaced too

A blinking temperature display usually indicates :
- a rise in temperature
- a failure of cooling system or a failure in the defrost circuitry.
In order to fix the problem keep the refrigerator doors closed for several hours. When the refrigerator reaches the set temperature the blinking will stop.
If the blinking does not stop it generally indiactes a problem with the refrigerator. The most common causes are either a failure of the cooling system or a failure in the defrost circuitry. In both the cases the refrigerator needs to be serviced.
Kill the power at the breaker box so that it resets the control board.
