Contact the manufacturer if it's still under warranty or call a service person to determine the fix and cost of that fix.

My mom's lift chair worked and then when she moved back to it, it doesn't.

Try going back to basics. You might need to tip the whole chair on it's side to access the parts inside the chair.
You've checked for power,Yes. You've listened for the motor, Yes. Now move to where the motor connects to the rise and fall mechanism. Work the motor and listen to where it connects to the rails that lift/lower the chair. Is it making strange noises? Clicks, Rattles, buzzing? Is it heating up? Are the rails trying to move but slipping back as the motor spins?
Some chairs only use One motor, others use Two so check both if there is two fitted.
Comment below with more information and I'll see what help i can give you.

My HHC MOTOR actuator is stuck in the up position. Recliner goes up, heat and massage work. Model LMD6205(385-190) 12vdc 3.2A output 50w. Serial number 1702090293. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Well it _sounds_ like the actuator has failed, but that is a big chunk of money to spend on a guess. Contact the maker.

Can I or how can if possible return the Pride Lift Chair to normal seating position manually.Thank [email protected]

The easiest way to do this is to tip the chair forward so that the top of the chair and the arms are on the floor. The weight of the chair will be off the lift frame in this position. Look at the motor and you will see it connected to the frame with 2 hitch pins.
It is easiest to remove the top hitch pin which will now be on the bottom because the chair is upside down. Pull the clip (looks like half of a paper clip) from the pin that goes through the square chair frame and motor round tube. Pull out the pin by lifting the bottom of the motor slightly(now at the top because the chair is upside down)with your left hand and pulling the pin out with your right hand. Find the two nylon washers that have fallen out when you do this.
Swing the motor tube out of the way toward the front of the chair. Hold on to the pin, clip, and 2 nylon washers for re-assembly. Hope this helps.

What would cause my lift chair to move extremely slowly and stop altogether?

I am going to say the motor or the control switch have gone bad. Most of these chairs are made without relays to control the motor. A switch will wear out due to the current goin across the contacts if a relay is not used. Check the switch in the control. If this is helpful, please leave feedback. Thanks,SnugglePants

My Pride (Ameriglide) Backpacker Plus Lift Stops

If it's stopping in the same spot, it is a limit switch that isn't making contact with the lift sensor.
Here's a link to the wiring diagram that shows where the limit switches are.

If it is tripping the circuit breaker, either your are trying to lift too heavy a weight, or the motor is pulling too much amperage due to previous abuse, or misuse. These are good lifts, and if you bought it new, then get ahold of your dealer and Pride will fix the problem. If you bought it used, they may have been using it to haul concrete...who knows?
