How do I remove the water restrictor from a glacier bay mandouri bathroom faucet

Screw off end at gooseneck (aerator). Inside aerator are two pieces. 1st= flow restrictor, 2nd= strainer. Remove the O ring too free up the two piece. Remove the first piece (that's the one you will be looking at the screwed off end) the other piece form the water to flow in a straight stream.

You did not post the model number. Glacier Bay is a discount line that is made in the Asia area. There is a valve that shifts when the spray handle is activated, it could have machining issues, there could also be built in restrictor in the aerator, check for a tab like insert that is a different color. You may also consult with Home Depot as this a brand they sell.

check the hot water supply first and if needed adjust if to high and or check your anti scald setting --need to remove the center handle on the mixing valve

Usually they have a small screw, but its hidden under a cap. Look at the handles you should see a small plastic cap sometimes colored red and blue for hot/cold. Using tip of small knife pop out the cap/plug. The screw holding the handle on is in there.

see if the housing itself will unscrew

check the strainer where the water comes out of your faucet it may be clogged or if the faucet has a cartridge in it it may be clogged and you will have to dis assemble the faucet to clean it usually the strainer is the problem and it should unscrew by hand
