Nah - not much you can do. The keyboard's gone bad. Most new Toshiba laptops have a year's warranty, so you should call them and have them replace it for free.

Much probably you have keyboard fault, must change it for a new one.

There is not so much that could be done to repair a keyboard. Disassemble the laptop, check the ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard. If the ribbon cable is loose, tighten it. If it is tight, replace the keyboard with a new one

Hey there , you can visit this company www.laptopkey.com they sell laptop keyboard keys ,you can get the sticky keys replaced by them .. i got new keys from them a month ago, and they working great now :)

look on the bottom of your laptop... there should be a sticker with a key for the operating system you are using.... enter that key... if it doesn't accept it contact microsoft

Got one here. Please remove the battery and power laptop on ac only. Please press the power button for 10 seconds until it turns on then immediately press on the F12 key. Release F12 upon seeing the boot selection menu. Please select the CD/DVD drive. Follow the rest of the instructions until the Recovery to the Out of the Box State. Hope this helps. Thank you.

ring toshiba again and this time make notes on how to complete these steps again ,so much easier and ask them about your MS office package reinstall.
