In unlocking, Zeki Tablet you had to hold both the "Reset" button and the "volume up" button at the same time for about 15-20 seconds. Then, it will boots into Safe Mode which you can select a full factory reset. When you are in a safe mode, you can use the volume up and down buttons to navigate the list and you can notice that the reset button is used to select from the list.

Hi, if possible, check on internet for software, google, u have a virus, your software will need to be reprogrammed

good then just reset it an start over kinda, remove memory sd card ,
press reset with toothpick , might have to do it with it off or on .

Can you download apple apps on a zeki tablet?

no, absolutely not (only with an emulator, see 2nd link)
as Zeki-tablets use Android OS
- however many apps exist in iOS, Android or other versions
you need to check that with the built in Amazon App store
