The model number is probably WFW6620HC0. The "LOC" may mean that you have set the control lock by pressing and holding the extra rinse button on the control panel for three+ seconds. Try holding the button again. If that doesn't work, look on the control panel for the Control Lock label. It will be in a small font below a button or in the middle a line between two buttons that you need to press and hold simultaneously for 3+ seconds. (Note: if you press and hold for too long, the lock will toggle off and back on. A skeleton key symbol may also be displayed on the LCD panel when this lock is enabled.)
The manual for the WFW6620HC0 is available from Whirlpool on their support site: https://www.whirlpool.com/services/manuals.html . The current link to the manual is https://www.whirlpool.com/content/dam/global/documents/201809/use-and-care-w11156985-revA.pdf .
I hope this helps. The control lock feature is useful when you are cleaning the surface of the washer and to keep small children from starting a wash cycle with a pet or sibling in the machine.

SOURCE: Frigidaire front load, ERR LOC, washer won't run
Just had same problem. After removing boot/rubber gasket around opening, and replacing door lock assembly it still would not work giving the same ERR LOC message! Another site directed me to press the "Options" and "Select" buttons at the same time. BINGO! My husband was quite proud of me!

the control panel is locked. on the control panel, there will be either a "lock" button that you hold down for 3-5 seconds to unlock, or it will have "lock" in small letters with a line pointing to 2 of the option buttons. hold the 2 buttons it points to for 3-5 seconds and it will unlock. the control lock is a child safty feature that will not allow any the washer to work until it is unlocked. P.S. to put the control panel into the lock mode, is the same way as you unlock the control panel.
