As long as the new one is also for built in, the dishwasher will fit. Measure the height of the space you have. There may be a little height adjustment on the feet.
Hi Gilgol, The link below is a Bosh Dishwasher list of error codes, I believe your error code is E3....CHEERS.. http://removeandreplace.com/2015/10/09/bosch-dishwasher-error-codes-how-to-clear-what-to-check/ Bosch Dishwasher Error Code E3
Fault Condition: Not filling with water
Repair or Check: If the water supply cut-off valve on the dishwasher is completely open but the dishwasher will not fill with water then shut off the water supply and unplug the dishwasher. Remove the water fill line and check to see if the water inlet screen valve is plugged up. If so then replace the water valve. Cleaning the screen can make the issue worse so always replace if the screen is clogged. The valve can get stuck open from gunk and therefore flood or overfill.

The Bosch is way more quieter than any other dishwasher I know. I'd check the Bosch website for a list of features by model so you can compare it with your Kenmore. You will be pleasantly supersized at how quiet all Bosch models are.
Are the instructions on how to run the diagnostic test listed in the manual? FYI, I couldn't run the test on my Bosch DW because it was just too broken. Over the years the dishwasher essentially fried its own circuit board with excessive heat, which I learned is a problem common to Bosch DW's. Bosch told me the lifespan of my model was 10 years; mine was 11 years old (but was repaired once or twice). I replaced it with a Miele; no problems yet after 4 1/2 months.
You will need to replace the Drain Pump Motor Assembly Bosch Part Number:AP2802385.
Most Bosch dishwashers are relatively straightforward to work on.
However, it you are not familiar with their disassembly and reassembly, you should take clear pictures of every part or wiring connection before you take it off or disconnect it. This will be invaluable when reassembling the dishwasher.
the last time i checked a bosch unit with that problem i replaced the module .it was bad. replace and that will solve the problem. let me know what happened.
Bosch generally drys through evaporation from hot water rinse. There is a common circuit board issue where a cold solder joint on the heater relay pops. The water does not heat sufficient to evaporate any longer. Consult your manual for self diagnosing trouble shooting codes or go to appliance aid.com. If the board connection is the issue I have repaired several, however Bosch recommends replacement only and sometimes supplies the parts free.
