SOURCE: condensation betwejn the front door glass
This would require disassembly of the door panels, which is not recommended unless really required.
You can download the installation guide to help you troubleshoot and correct your venting issues. That should be priority one.
It may be a clogged filter, a bird's nest in the outlet, etc. etc. Failure to vent can cause control panel and keypad trouble if it continues.
The manual / guide is found here: http://www.geappliances.com/service_and_support/literature/

If your oven is
self-cleaning, consult the owner's manual for instructions on how to use this
feature. The self-cleaning feature works by heating the interior of the oven to
a temperature so hot that it incinerates the residue inside the oven. Normally,
it is not a good idea to clean the interior of a self-cleaning oven with a spray
cleaner; however, refer to your owner's manual or contact the manufacturer of
your oven for further information.
To clean a non-self-cleaning oven, use
one of the many oven cleaners that are available at grocery and hardware
stores.
SOURCE: liquid dripped into the door and onto the glass, how do I clean it?
Hi, The door has anywhere from 2 to 4 glass pains. Some models ranges you can just lift the door up and remove it from hinges. There are screws holding seceral layers of frame work. The outer shell should remove first with screws on the bottom edge of the door. With any luck, that is all you will need to remove.
I hope this helps you.
Please provide model # and let me know if I can assist you further.

This question was asked almost 2 years ago, but thought I'd respond anyway. On the bottom of your oven door there are slots. Pull out the drawer beneath the oven door so you can work under it. Find something that will fit through the slots, a yard stick worked for me, or maybe a wire coathanger. Attach a paper towel or cloth securely to it and put it though the slots to reach the soiled area. It will take some manuvering. I would not recommend taking the door apart. When I did some research on this some time ago, I read that it can be difficult or impossible to get it back together again.
In terms of
water to pasta ratio, you should use around 4-6 quarts of water for every pound
of dry pasta. Once the water has come to the boil add the pasta and then bring
it back to the boil. Add some salt, stir occasionally and follow the
instructions on the packet to find out how many minutes to cook it for.
