I just took 60 photos with my new x-mas gift. But, I can't download them because THEY INCLUDED THE WRONG USB CABLE! The jack doesn't fit the camera port.
Well, there are standard USB A and B, mini A and B and micro A and B that are recognized as industry standards. Then there are proprietary designs used by one manufacturer. Sharper Image went into bankruptcy and I assume the brand was sold off. So without a model number its impossible to determine who made the item for the seller.
Go onto the www.Sharperimage.com web site if you look it will tell you that Sharperimage are in receivership but they do point you in the direction of a support comapny called N.E.W.
In reality you should be able to buy those leads from any decent camera shop or a place like Tandy
