Samsung Tv turning on and off, LED light blinks twice

The series set you have has the power and main board as a combo and has had lots if failure issues so I'd try replacing this board, as long as your backlights stay on we can cross those off the list of possible issues

I have a Samsung UN60H6350AF TV. After 1.5-2 hours, the picture washes out. It is still viewable, but very faded. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

Check your advanced video settings for something like Environmental LIghting. There's a sensor on your television that reads the light in the room. It can adjust the brightness of your screen to accommodate more or less light. If you turn this off, it will help. You can also request support directly from your television. They will ask you a couple of questions, then setup a time to call you where they are very helpful and will walk you through any problems you are having. If it can't be fixed over the phone by tech support, they will setup an appointment for you to have it repaired. Hope this helps.

I have a Samsung LN40A450C1D TV that has sound but the backlight doesn't come on. I replaced the power supply board and same problem. I then replaced the backlight inverter. Same problem! I'm absolutely...

You have to check all the voltages, that comes from its main power supply board, to its back light inverter board. These is one pin at the backlight inverter board; comes from the main board; which controls the back-light inverter to start and off. This voltage is generated at the main board, and send to the back-light inverter board, as control voltage. It will be best to contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here.Viewing it in "Mosaic" will make surf easy.

Samsung LCD TV backlight switched off

Most likely you will need to get a diagnoses done on the set. It could be a faulty 24vdc circuit (power supply capacitors), defective inverter, or a failing CCFL backlamp.
