Likely the recoil starter is kaput. Removing spark plug so there's no compression, then pull starter. If it's still hard pull, remove recoil starter assembly and spin engine by hand. If engine spins freely, replace recoil start.

SOURCE: Stihl backpack blower starter rope is pulling

See if your rope pulley is opening up and allowing rope to double over on itself. When this happens the rope will wedge in pulley causing it to pull hard.

SOURCE: Broken pull rope on 125BT

Most small engine shops and big box stores like home depot sell generic replacement starter rope. If you want the exact part from Husqvarna, there are 2 engine variations for the 125BT. The rope for the AC57 enigne is part# 531009567, the rope for the AC55 engine is part#531009653.

SOURCE: my echo backpack leaf blower

Without getting to involved with it, did you always mix the correct fuel/oil ratio? or has someone else possibly put straight gas in it without oil? Another possibility is that the recoil could be broke. I would try to determine if the piston is seized in the cylinder. First remove the spark plug and try to pull the starter rope while listening closely for any strange noises from the engine. If it pulls fine then, replace the spark plug and try to start it again. If that doesn't work then I would remove the back cover and remove the muffler so you can look at the cylinder. You will need a phillips screwdriver and a set of metric allen wrenches. Hope that helps.

STIHL BR 600 Magnum Low Emission Backpack Blower. How to check Stihl BR600 coil please?

Question edited for a lot more clarity. It is a 'Stihl', not a 'still'. Please always state FULL 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved to model category.

The standard way to test any HT Ignition coil is as follows.
Remove the spark plug and ground it to the cylinder head.
Disconnect the positive lead.
Ground a 12 volt battery - (minus) to the cylinder head.
Touch a positive wire to the positive on the coil and release.
The plug should spark when you REMOVE the positive power.

How do I replace a fuel primer build on the Stihl BR600 blower/

Disconnect the spark plug wire from the spark plug and ensure it can't come in contact with the spark plug. Removal of the spark plug wire removes any possibility that power can be supplied to the engine of the blower during the repair.

Remove the screws that hold the air filter cover in place. Remove the air filter cover and air filter. Remove the air filter housing from the side of the machine. Removal of these components allows you access to the primer bulb, fuel line and carburetor.
