Press the "MENU" button, select Prefer, highlight Parental Control and press the right arrow key or menu button to enter the PIN code entry screen. 0000 is the default password. When the correct PIN # is entered the Parental Control Menu opens and you can change your settings and PIN code here.

Unplug the TV for some time (usually 1hr is plenty) and it should reset to factory settings.

Service Menu Access Procedure To access the service menu, press and hold the handset sound mute button whilst pressing the TV's front panel 'Menu' button (under the front panel cover on the TV). The up/down channel buttons on the handset step through the options and the left/right buttons change the data values. scroll down to middle of page for the free manual which should help you the most but you might have a small reset button on the back which will set the setting back to defualt. or in the manual it will tell you how to set it back to defualt factory settings
