Frigidaire es 200/300 electric range will not turn on and burners wont heat

The first thing I would check is the incoming power supply. Make sure you are getting at least 120 volts on each leg (red to center, black to center) and between black to red, you need at least 240 volts. Sounds like you are having a household power supply issue.

How to hook up becket oil furnace

On the top right hand side of the burner is the controller, on the right side ther are 4 contact screws, closest to the fire are the thermostate wires dosn,t matter which one goes where, two from thermostate go on these two contact screws. The two contact screws far away from the flame are for the two wires from the cad cell dosn't matter which one where. All that is left is 120 volt ac power which shouldn't be hard to see where they go.

What is the best oil furnace on the market today 2011?

Your question is quite wide open to interpretation,Size, venting option, space availability,,,,But, if i think you wish to install this in a ,,lets say 1500 sqare feet home,, i would say a oil furnace made by olsen. Burns clean, effeciency depends on model, but sometime i would sacrifice a half % of efficiency for reliability, ease of maintnance,(not enough good ,reliable technicians in this field) quietness, odor free, parts availability, life span, ect ect.Stick with a canadian or north american made oil burner. I aint too fancy on the riello burners or even worse, a burner made for 50 different furnace model. I like the becket or aero burners. Choose a dc fan motor, direct dive if available. Stick with a chimney versus a direct or power vent.

Took apart electrode assembly & cleaned--replaced with proper nozzle .75 x 80A- -re-gapped with beckett gauge---was that rite or is there a gauge for the bock water heater or wayne burner? Nees proper...

The nozzle size and gap completely are designed to each burner, if the bock water heater had a becket burner than you would be okay with the gap, if not then what I would do is check the manufactures manual for proper nozzles and gaps of electrode assembly

Replacement Range element not heating

red light means power is on in the wires. maybe the plug is very dirty, wire disconnected. if you mesured power at the connector, there is no reason a good burner would not work unless that when plugged in its not getting a good contact
