Your CMOS battery should be located next to your Memory stick on your laptop. and it's a big round metal disk that looks like a watch battery. and the information you gave above is not correct.
it should be something like M115-S904
or M115-S9044 for the Toshiba satellite. since you didn't provide all the information, I could not locate an Image for you to find it simply. good. luck.

I had the same problem. Found the drivers on http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp. Go to downloads on that page and follow the steps to select the model of your laptop and download your necessary drivers.

On Toshiba laptops you hit the ESC key as soon as you turn it on & then you
are given the option to hit the F1 key to enter bios.
As to the cmos battery, they couldn't have hidden it better if it was the Queen's diamond!
It is near the bottom of the laptop on the right side, almost directly beneath the pause/break key.
Problem is, you have to disassemble the entire laptop to get at it!
Disassembly instructions for the Satellite A10 are here

Best of luck

SOURCE: Trying to locate the cmos battery for Toshiba Satellite L25-S121 laptop?
On the Toshiba Satellite L25 S1217 Laptop, the battery is indeed to the left of the wifi card. I was having a problem with a bios password and had spent a considerable amount of time looking. However Instead of taking the whole laptop apart, I removed the wireless card and used a precision flathead to maneuver the connector out of it's socket. after a few seconds I booted the laptop, with the battery still disconnected , and no password prompt! using the same screw driver, I was able to get the connector back into it's socket, and put the wireless card back in. it runs fine now. the trick is to only pull the connector out only enough so that it's not making the connection, if you pull it too far you will have a tougher time guiding it back into the socket. I hope this helps a lot of people with the same problem.
