SOURCE: Kubota G4200H Diesel won't smoke or fire up.

There is air in the high-pressure line from pump to injector. Ensure that there is diesel up to the pump inlet, Back off the injectors connector(s) one turn (so it's loose but not falling off). Connect a FULLY CHARGED battery and crank until diesel comes out of the loose injector connector. Whilst still cranking, tighten the injector nut. With any luck, the engine will start. You may have to repeat this several times.

The 'cheat' is to spray WD40 into the air intake after removing the filter, and crank. The engine will fire on the WD40 and run fast enough to purge the fuel line. Even when doing this, you may still need to back off the injector connector(s).

SOURCE: Kubota B3300SU. Tractor was running,

Let's try the obvious first, the safeties. I now I sometimes forget to turn off the PTO or forget to put the clutch down and my tractor won't start.
You may have hit a lever with your body climbing off the tractor and this is causing the problem. Check all the levers to see if they are in the correct position for starting.

Turn off the PTO (attachment drive) sit on the seat, put the tractor in Neutral, push down on the clutch. Please read the manual section on starting the tractor.
Wiggle the transmission lever (or foot control) when you have the key in the start position. Sometimes the "neutral" position is a little bit off.
Let me now if this fixed it and if it doesn't we can continue this conversation.

SOURCE: My Kubota B2150 will not start. The battery tests fine, but the glow plug light does not light up and the tractor will not try to start.

Check all the Neutral safety switches tractors have. Like Swithces on the gear shift, clutch pedal, parking brake and in the drivers seat.

SOURCE: Glow plug light on tractor

Can't tell for sure without being able to test the circuitry, but I would place my bet on the button switch being intermittent.
Try pressing the switch harder to see if it works on the first press.

Testimonial: "Actually there is no button. And the switch does not push in. The glow plug normally comes on when you turn switch on and goes off when engine starts. But now it will flash on during operation at times."

L2050 kubota tractor after engine gets hot if i shutdown it will not crank over after cool down starts back up.

Nest time it is hot and does not start, check for spark. U could have a thermal issue where the ignition coil gets hot and stops working till it cools down.

U mentioned glow plugs - is this a diesel powered unit? Check for proper oil level in unit? Oil pump? Poor lubrication will cause an engine to expand when hot and not restart till it cools down.

Also the glow plug indicator light is illuminated when in this position. I hold the key in that position until the glow plug light goes out, and then crank the engine. On really cold days I repeat the glow plug cycle several times before cranking.
