SOURCE: Samsung DLP HL-S5087W 56" Confused...

I would suggest to remove the lamp again and visual check the filament or you can also use a multimeter and check for continuity or low resistance. If you have low resistance or continuity when you measure it, It means the lamp still good.
I would contact the lamp vendor and let them know that the lamp failed. I think they gave some warranty on the lamp.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Actually the Samsung model you have was the first model to come out in 2006 that did not have a color wheel. The LED blinking is actually a self diagnostic program of sorts. Depending on which lights are blinking, and how often, the service manual will tell you where you should start checking or replacing parts and assemblies. I do have most of the codes, so can you tell me if the if the LED light is the only one flashing, how long it flashes, and do any other lights flash at all? Thank you.

SOURCE: Why won't my Samsung UN40D5005BF come on?

Lightning damage can do a # on LCD TV's. I've seen cases where it took out power supplies and main boards at the same time. I'm not one who likes to use the "shot gun" approach. You would need to get the set professionally diagnosed in my opinion. Where did you get the main board from?? Are you sure it is a working board?

You either have a bad t-con board or the screen is bad. Check to make sure all the ribbon cables are seated fully and connected. Even replacement parts can be bad sometimes, new and used both.

The display panel should be suspected. The picture you attached here looks so. Contact the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

No back lights on Samsung UN60eh6003 FXZA, Panel# DE600CGSV2VF.

I believe I had replied to your problem a couple days ago, this sounds like bad LED backlights, it's been a common issue with this and many Samsung models but replacing them should have fixed it. Check the connections for the lights, be sure they're all plugged in ok.

If the backlight LED burns out ONE of the many that are present, The power supply notices the change in current and shuts down. You can either check all the LEDS on the strips and find the one that is bad or you can order new strips.

I have a Samsung UN55J620DAFXZA 55" LED TV with black screen (no picture) & no sound.

1. Disconnect the cable between the main power supply & main board, supply AC to the TV, if the LED strips are OK, it should light UP, if not replaced all of the LED strips.
2. If the back lights light up, but no display or sound, replaced the main board.(after you re-connect cable).

My samsung led tv, when i turn on red light blinks 6 times. no display, no sound. Tried replacing power board, main board and tcon board, all of them seems to be fine. What else could be the problem.

You have at least one bad LED in the panel and its shutting down the power supply...for future reference a bad Tcon will not cause loss of sound only affects picture

Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

I have purchased a power supply led board and a main board board for my Samsung Tv and that didn't help. The light flicker on then go back off

Did you replace the LED light strips? You have a bad connection on the LED light strips or one LED itself is going bad.
