I would suggest to remove the lamp again and visual check the filament or you can also use a multimeter and check for continuity or low resistance. If you have low resistance or continuity when you measure it, It means the lamp still good.
I would contact the lamp vendor and let them know that the lamp failed. I think they gave some warranty on the lamp.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

Actually the Samsung model you have was the first model to come out in 2006 that did not have a color wheel. The LED blinking is actually a self diagnostic program of sorts. Depending on which lights are blinking, and how often, the service manual will tell you where you should start checking or replacing parts and assemblies. I do have most of the codes, so can you tell me if the if the LED light is the only one flashing, how long it flashes, and do any other lights flash at all? Thank you.

Lightning damage can do a # on LCD TV's. I've seen cases where it took out power supplies and main boards at the same time. I'm not one who likes to use the "shot gun" approach. You would need to get the set professionally diagnosed in my opinion. Where did you get the main board from?? Are you sure it is a working board?
You either have a bad t-con board or the screen is bad. Check to make sure all the ribbon cables are seated fully and connected. Even replacement parts can be bad sometimes, new and used both.
The display panel should be suspected. The picture you attached here looks so. Contact the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
