Setting the Date and Time
1. In standby mode, press the OK Key [Menu] to show the Main Menu.
2. Select Settings > Phone > Time and Date to set the date and time.

Go to your mail box and start deleting mail. Some times you have the option of selecting the complete mail box and delete all. Try contact your mail service provider and ask for options.

I had the same thing happen to my ZTE Z233VL flip phone. I reset the phone and now it texts perfectly. To reset go to "settings" - "personal" - and choose "reset".
No wifi anything on a z233vl all mobile data of course burns up what ever plan you may have. Trackphone gives them away with a 60 minute card. Nothing free like this old model cheap phone will have wifi. Not saying other old phones of other makers don't have wifi ZTE flip phone z233vl does not.
