SOURCE: Low voltage light flashing

I haven't worked on one of them in years but I looked at a breakdown and the parts are as I remember. Go to Milwaukeetool.com and under parts/service type in your model number and view the wiring diagram for an operational check procedure. I would first look at the cord and is the base sitting on 1/2 or greater plate steel. If rusted or painted you will loose some of the holding force. Also I don't know what motor you have but some of the larger units require a lot of amps to operate and it is possible that even though you plugged it in direct to wall the circuit wasn't sufficient to operate both units. Last resort call the tech dept. at Milwaukee and see if they have any ideas. That panel is a component part as you know and there were no replacement parts for it. Hope this helps if not let me know and I will do some more checking

SOURCE: wagner cordless drill ,the charger is not charging

If the charger is no longer working, then, take another
charger to charge the battery of your Wagner cordless
drill. If it charges, then, you have to replace your charger. It is already defective.

SOURCE: battery in charger overnight, red light flashing,

If only the red light is flashing then the battery is not charging at all. Ryobi identifies in the manual that batteries will not charge below 43 degress F. If your batteries and charger are in the garage in a cold climate, warm the batteries to room temp in the house and then try again. If the charge starts when the batteries are warm they will continue charging for the full cycle even in a cold area.

Have a 15.6v cordless drill - both batteries charge up to ~6v and no more; the red led is on - are both batteries the problem? this is the second charger - drill does not get used very ofter - model of...

See if you can put a volt meter on the metal contacks of the charger to see what voltage it is producing. If you have a friend who has the same drill have him try to charge your batteries and then measure the battery voltage.

My 24v new makita drill doesnt hold charge

the new batteries now have a little computer in them, so to speak. when you plug in the battery to the charger and you get the alternate flashing light the battery is bad. if the charger is working and the battery is just not lasting very long the battery may be going bad. there could be a problem in the motor causing your battery to drain too fast. does the drill work normal, no overheating or noise, bad bearing.

My new Black Max 24v drill charger will not charge the battery

You indicate that the drill is new. I'd suggest you return it for a replacement. Seems to be a defective or wrong charger. If you have problems and If you paid by credit card call the card company and have them stop payment on that charge.
