OK, I haven't used an iPad for a long time, but I guess you could download Google Photos tot he iPad. Sign in with a google account in your iPad for Photos (Google). Sync all of your photos with Google Photo. In your Acer tablet, (if it's an Android device, log in with the same Google account you used in your iPad for Google Photos. Open PlayStore and download Photos by Google. All of your pictures should be displayed.

When you connect your ipad to computer Itunes must be recognized it .
Make sure itunes version 9.1 installed.
If not then download from this link click here
Make sure ipad is enough charged.Try different usb ports.Makes ure usb cable is working fine.
Uninstall usb drivers from computer then check.For that press windows key +R so you can see run type in run "devmgmt.msc" then press enter.
Then you can see device manger uninstall all usb drivers 1 by 1 then it automatic install usb drivers.
restart iPad, first turn iPad off by pressing and holding the
Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across
the slider and iPad will turn off after a few moments.Next, turn iPad on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Is
iPad not responding? To reset iPad, press and hold the Sleep/Wake
button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds,
until the Apple logo appears.
Then check then you can sync it with itunes in computer.
