1. Remove the four screws on the outside perimeter of the console base.
2. Lift off console top cover and disconnect the front-to-back cable.
3. Remove the throttle lever from the throttle pot.
Remove the four screws holding the console base to the mounting plate.

SOURCE: THE SCOOTER MAKES A HIGH PITCH NOISE WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED ON

The buzzer is a piezo-electric device that is the "horn" for the scooter. It also will alert when the scooter is in reverse, if this option is programmed into the scooter. It receives its power from the PC board or console board which is located inside the top of the shroud at the tiller, where the thumb paddles that direct the scooter are located. If liquids have reached the board, or if condensation has affected the board, the circuit that controls the buzzer may have shorted causing it to come on constantly.

Opening the top of the shroud is fairly simple. Remove about 6 screws holding the clamshell cover together, remove the speed adjust knob, and it should come apart. Inside you'll see a PC (printed circuit) board, green in color with lots of small electronic parts embedded on it. The buzzer is also inside, usually about the size of a marshmallow and black in color with tiny holes to let the noise escape. There will be two wires leading from the buzzer to the plug-in at the PC board. Unplug the buzzer and the noise will stop, but you won't have use of the "horn" at all. Replacing the PC board can be done by a certified Pride tech, but it will probably cost you about $150.00 for parts and labor.

Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Replacing the battery on a mobility scooter

hi, ok remove the seat by turning it to the left, there is a lever normally on the right side that will allow it be turned round,

once you done that, lift the seat in a upwards motion, the cover should come away by gemerally lifting it, it should be attached by velco underneath,

you should now see two batteries. 40Ah batteries will allow you to go further if the battery Ah is lower, 50ah batteries again will allow you can go even further NOT faster, if you buy the larger AH batteries please make sure the dimensions of the batteries will fit within the scooter battery holders.

Regards
GeWiz.

Testimonial: "Thanks so much for the help. The seat did come off in the end but with difficulty. Batteries now changed OK. Thanks again. "

Pride Mobility Victory 10 Scooter. What is the Viper blue color code for Pride Victory 10 please?

Question edited for clarity and toss in a load of CAPS.

It is not published. You could ask them, or if you go to an auto paints supplier, they scan the paint on it, mix the paint and put into a spray can for you.

What does the 7 beep code mean on my Pride Victory 10 scooter mean when I turn the key on ?

This is a speed pot or throttle control problem (wig-wag) have you had some speed issues with the scooter before this happened, if so the wig-wag needs replacing. Make sure it is in the centre position at rest and switch the scooter on again.

What is the lever for

There are several
the right hand tiller leaver is for adjusting the tiller pitch
the left hand tiller leaver is the hand brake - keep that lubricated and squirt a bit of wd40 down the inside of the brake cable if you can.
The leaver on the right of the seat post is the motor brake freewheel leaver, the seat leavers are for swivel, back pitch.

My pride mobility victory scooter will not charge

You must charge each battery individually with an automotive NON automatic style battery charger until each battery has at least 10 bolts each. The scooter charger cannot pull up a battery with less than 10 volts.

Victory scooter will just click when I push in switch and not move if I take seat off and jiggle connection at the big harness it will go

Hi, Sounds like a loose connection from the controller to the motor, now check the wire leading to the motor, two for the motor and two for the brake, the brake wires being the thinnest....
