Try a forced reboot - hold the power button down for several seconds until the laptop shuts off. If you have a removal battery, take it out, and hold the power button down for 30-60 seconds to release residual static discharge. THEN reinsert the battery, and power up. If the screen still does not display, you have a broken connection between the display and the CPU. Take it to a repair facility.
