The turret is out of center on sl25mc lathe

The front turret bolts will need to be removed. Remove bolts in face of turret. There should be some adjustable bolts that will allow you to move the turret back in the correct position. Load a precision ground block into OD tool holding slot, usually tool 1 position. Hang it out around 4 inches. Indicate this block within .0005 or as close as you can get it while tightening the set bolts. It usually takes a couple of tries. Also the spindle might be knocked out as well. You can check spindle by cutting between centers. If it cuts tapper then it is also out of alignment. Hope this helps...

I have a tasco 3x9x50 world class rifle scope. The scope caps are stuck to the adjustment screws in top and side of scope. I am unable to unscrew the caps without unscrewing the adjustments as well. The...

Try some PB Blaster. Wet a q tip and apply to the area at the base of the turret caps. Wait a few minutes and reapply. Then using a small pair of vice grips attempt to twist the turret covers off. A cotton cloth will help keep the gripping surfaces of the pliers from scratching too bad. Hope this helps.

Is there a way to lower my turret after i've found my zero? my zero is at the 4th vertical tic mark on the 0.

No. The turret is what it is. If you want to re-set the turret to zero so that it is easy to return to for a specific distance, there should be a setscrew you can loosen, adjust the turret to zero, then re-tighten to lock it in place. If you are simply trying to lower the turret, you need to purchase a scope without target turrets.

On the adjustment turrets, after loosening the set screws, how do you get it to go down so the yardage lines up?

after you sight the rifle in at say 100 yd. lift the turret and line up the 100 yard mark on the turret to the mark, then push the turret down onto the scope and set the screw. some times the turret takes a lot of pressure to push back on.

I tried to remove adjustment caps from my scope to zero and the entire adjustment assemblies unscrewed.i can not remove cap.

this is what happens when there done up to tight,
get a soft jaw vice and put the thred of the turret into the SOFT JAW VICE!!! (lined with leather),,,,
very gently grip the threds and undo the cap,,,
when refitting the bottom bit to the scope put a small blob of grees on the bearing part,,,oh,,by the way!!,,,
it should be regased! or it could fog up on you when it gets cold,,, only just nip up the turret caps next time

Walk 1.5x faster with Leon

This glich allows you to walk 1.5x faster with Leon. First equip the striker shotgun, and exit the menu. Hold R1 to pick up your weapon and then press the menu button before the laser on the gun is shown. Now you are in the menu because of pressing the menu button you can equip another gun. Now when you exit the menu, Leon will run 1.5x faster than normal. This glitch will stop working after opening doors when the black screen comes up, climbing ladders and selecting the stiker again.

Perverted Leon

When you climb up a ladder with ashley, wait until she comes up and then jump back down. You will then need to catch Ashley, instead of doing that, aim your crosshair until ashley's skirt and she'll cover it up and then she'll call you a pervert
