The pants you sent are way too small. Please refund and give instructions of how to return pants.

I would contact the company and return them to the address thats on the package you may have to contact your credit card company also

Personally I do not pay for defective or damaged items. I always return for a refund or exchange for a new one.Put your big girl pants on on and return it.

Please help I need to return my pants I order and they are way too small. I just got them in the mail today after a month later. I ordered large but I guess USA size are way different then Chinese size.

There are a few things to consider:

1. Has the item arrived back at the manufacturer? (Do you have a tracking number or such that you can use to verify delivery?) Manufacturers won't generally issue a refund until they have the rejected item back and verified to be what they sent out. (If this was at a brick and mortar store, never mind)
2. Was it returned to a place that is/was in holiday crunch mode? If you did the return in the middle of a big sale or Black Friday preview, returns may have been stacked up with return info, to be processed when someone has time.
3. More broadly, have you contacted the seller and told them what was returned and when? You'll likely be able to at least get some info on how quickly such refunds are processed, and if they have a record of submitting the refund. if they think they did so, ask for any return or confirmation codes they had with your credit card company.
4. It could be with your credit card company. If you have info from the store about what they say they did, (or don't but know when you returned it), call your credit card company - the customer service # is usually on the back of the card. Explain the situation and ask if they have record of a return, or of whatever the store might have told you. It could be an issue of if/how they update their website, holiday policy on when/how refunds are updated, or, say, a protest or issue lodged by the store. Or they may just say they have no record, upon which you go back to the store and either call the 'pants on fire' or say there's no record, and go through the more exhaustive making them do what they say the did/will do.

contact the seller give them the reason you wish to return. If it was a buy it now item you are entitled to a cooling off period and they should refund you. You may find you do not get the cost of return postage or the original postage refunded. You will have to work it out with the seller. If they will not listen then you can contact Ebay through their problem solving section, and they may refund your money.

I have had a personal problem with this many times in my auctions. I run a successful company that specializes in auctioning. With my personal experience I would just refund the item. Ive had the same things happen to me many times, and to avoid all the long, often drawn out process that is dealing with someone on the internet, I chose to end it quick. You also get out of any negative feedback by doing this. Make sure you only agree to a refund as "on return of item as sent" only. Good Luck!

kodak has certain problems with esp-3 printers. it cannot give u a cash refund call kodak @ 1800 421 6699 . they will upgrade ur printer and give u a kodak esp-5. they have been giving esp-5 lately in return for esp-3
